AXA Services Morocco is currently seeking motivated Sales Advisors to join its team in Rabat. This role involves managing customer relationships throughout the contract period, with a particular focus on commercial insurance.
Responsibilities
- Developing Customer Portfolio: Contribute to expanding the customer base by selling insurance services and products.
- Customer Interaction: Handle inquiries from customers, general agents, and other AXA networks and partners, processing various resulting procedures.
- Consultative Approach: Adopt a consultative approach when analyzing the customer's risk profile and contractual situation.
- Eligibility Assessment: Evaluate the customer's eligibility for specific guarantees.
Desired Profile
- Education: A Bac+2 diploma.
- Experience: Initial experience in a similar position.
- Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Customer Orientation: Customer-focused with a problem-solving approach.
- Technical Skills: Good computer skills and familiarity with online communication tools.
- Motivation: Driven and committed to achieving set sales targets.
