Job Description
As a Sales Supervisor at Marjane, you will work under the supervision of the store manager, leading a team to ensure the smooth operation of various departments. Your responsibilities will include:
- Organizing Departments: Implementing organization strategies for all departments in line with the brand’s commercial and marketing strategies.
- Mastering Trade Rules: Understanding and managing the trade and margin rules in your sector.
- Team Management: Leading a team of 6 to 15 people, providing training and field support.
- Ensuring Service Quality: Maintaining high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
- Achieving Sector Goals: Being responsible for meeting your sector’s targets (turnover, margin, etc.).
The ideal candidate is a young graduate with a Bac+4/5 degree in commerce, sales techniques, or marketing. Additionally, you should have at least one year of experience in retail, strong organizational skills, a commercial mindset, precision, and excellent interpersonal skills.
