Bank Al-Maghrib: Overview and Core Responsibilities
Bank Al-Maghrib is responsible for:
- Issuing banknotes and coins.
- Formulating and implementing monetary policy to ensure price stability.
- Monitoring and ensuring the smooth operation of the money market.
- Managing the country's foreign exchange reserves.
- Supervising the banking system and ensuring its proper functioning.
- Contributing to financial stability.
- Monitoring and securing payment systems and methods.
Anti-Fraud Agents (3 Positions)
- Location: Casablanca, Kenitra, Laayoune
Responsibilities
- Execute cash banking transactions, such as payments, transfers, and currency exchanges.
- Assist in the preparation of funds for the Mint.
- Manually record transactions conducted at the counter.
- Verify cash status at counter closure.
- Ensure cross-verification of foreign currency banknotes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree +2/3 Diploma in Banking Back Office or equivalent (2022-2024 graduates).

Financial Analysts for Bank Supervision (7 Positions)
Responsibilities
- Ensure the monitoring and analysis of accounting and prudential statements submitted by institutions.
- Review reports related to internal control systems and risks incurred.
- Verify information published by financial institutions.
- Evaluate the status of institutions and propose appropriate supervisory measures.
- Conduct banking institution ratings.
Required Qualifications
- Bac+5 Diploma (preferably from a Business School or Engineering School).
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial, banking, or consulting sector.
Skills and Attributes
- Expertise in financial analysis and banking institution evaluation.
- Strong knowledge of the banking environment.
- Excellent understanding of banking accounting.
- In-depth knowledge of banking risk management (credit, liquidity, markets, operations, etc.).
- Familiarity with regulatory standards (BAM regulations, Basel Committee standards, etc.).
- Analytical and synthetic thinking.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Fluency in English is desirable.
On-Site Controllers (7 Positions)
- Location: Casablanca Finance City
Responsibilities
- Participate in performing general or thematic supervisory tasks within banking institutions.
- Verify the accuracy of data provided by institutions.
- Monitor compliance with legislative and regulatory provisions governing banking operations.
- Assess the quality of governance and the efficiency of internal control systems within institutions.
- Propose corrective recommendations after evaluating the status of institutions.
- Contribute to the drafting of on-site inspection reports.
- Participate in developing and improving on-site inspection procedures and methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bac+5 Diploma (preferably from a Business School or Engineering School).
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial, banking, or consulting sector.
