Responsibilities
As a Real Estate Management Expert at CIH Bank, you will be entrusted with several important tasks, including:
- Strategic Marketing: Implementing a proactive strategy for identifying and marketing the bank's products and services.
- Consultation and Support: Providing advice and support to real estate developers during various stages of financing.
- Client Guidance: Directing clients who wish to optimize their assets towards the "Consulting and Asset Management" entity.
- Relationship Development: Building and strengthening relationships with developers by offering a comprehensive range of banking products.
- Customer Requests and Complaints: Handling and analyzing customer requests and complaints efficiently.
- Project Visits: Conducting project visits and encouraging developers to address their deferral requests.
- Request Management: Initiating and following up on requests for lien releases, providing well-reasoned opinions, and monitoring issuance requests.
- Closure Management: Managing requests for renewal or postponement of closure dates, in line with the annual visit schedule and alerts from the middle office.
- Portfolio Development: Developing and enriching the portfolio of real estate professionals within the commercial centers' region.
Required Profile
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Education: A Master's degree (Bac+5) in Financial Sciences, Banking, or Management.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the banking sector, particularly in areas related to real estate management.
