Customer Accounting Framework
Responsibilities
- Ensure proper maintenance of customer accounts in collaboration with various departments to optimize O2C flow.
- Monitor customer receivables, manage customer accounting, and oversee credit control.
- Improve DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and manage actions aimed at securing achieved sales volumes.
Post-Activity Roles
Credit Control Department:
- Identify aged balances and calculate credit indicators.
- Ensure the implementation of the credit policy and follow up with customers.
- Encourage customer payment and reduce outstanding debts.
- Evaluate financial needs and implement appropriate measures (credit lines, investments, etc.).
- Define and apply the credit policy (solvency monitoring, guarantees, outstanding amounts, etc.).
- Lead credit committees with the sales team and monitor recovery procedures.
Customer Accounting Department
- Create manual invoices, enter receipts, and apply customer accounts.
- Participate in the allocation process and closing operations.
- Analyze financial flows and determine security measures.
- Identify financial weaknesses and provide managerial advice.
Supply Planner
Main Mission
- Calculate and update sales forecasts based on market conditions.

Required Profile
- Graduate from a top engineering school with at least 3 years of experience in demand and supply planning, preferably in the industrial sector.
- Proficiency in ERP systems like SAP and logistics flows.
- Knowledge of basic statistics and computer programs.
Senior Corporate Management Controller
Responsibilities
- Manage data through the deployment of innovative technological solutions to facilitate information access for management.
- Supervise the company’s SAP-based budget construction project and its implementation.
- Monitor the company's budgets and activities.

- At least 5 years of experience in corporate management control or information systems.
- Proficiency in SAP, Excel, SQL, Dax, PBI, Power Query, and KPI tools.
- Advanced analytical skills, collaborative work ethic, time and conflict management.
- Rigorous, organized, with synthesis ability and strong proposal power.
- Fluency in English is an asset.
