Commercial Prospector (M/F)
Missions
- Identify commercial buildings and land based on the specifications set by management.
- Negotiate financial and legal terms with property owners.
- Collaborate with the legal department to finalize contracts.
- Build a network of brokers, contractors, and real estate developers.
- Monitor the opening projects of competing brands.
Required Profile
- Education: Bachelor's +5 degree in Business School or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in real estate marketing.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of urban planning regulations, ability to read plans, relational and adaptability skills, precision in data collection and analysis, analytical mindset, writing and workshop leadership skills, strong persuasion abilities.
Merchandise Planning Manager (M/F)
Missions
- Propose and manage flow improvement projects within the distribution network.
- Ensure management of merchandise planning projects, from design to deployment.
- Design analytical and reporting tools for merchandise planning.
- Regularly reassess forecasting methods and adjust RAO parameters.
- Plan demand in line with sales plans and financial targets.
- Analyze and improve assortment processes and stock rotation.
- Recommend promotional and pricing actions.
- Define and monitor stock levels across the chain.
- Supervise and manage the team, prioritize tasks, and coordinate activities.
Required Profile
- Education: Bac+5 diploma or degree from an engineering or business school with a specialization in Supply Chain Management.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the retail sector.
- Skills: Team management experience, proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools, deep knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes, comfort with numbers and their impact on strategic decisions.
Internal Audit Manager (M/F)
Missions
- Participate in the development and ensure the implementation of the multi-year audit plan.
- Manage planned audit missions in accordance with international standards.
- Monitor the implementation of action plans from previous missions.
- Participate in occasional audit missions.
- Contribute to the preparation of Audit Committee minutes.
- Organize and coordinate external audit missions.
- Lead cross-functional projects: IFACI certification and digitization.
- Manage a team of internal auditors.
Required Profile
- Education: BAC +5 degree, specializing in auditing or finance.
- Experience: Minimum of 12 years, including 8 years in internal auditing. Experience in a major audit firm is a plus.
- Skills: Mastery of international internal auditing standards, project management techniques, strong leadership and communication skills, analytical and critical thinking abilities, high ethical standards and integrity.
