Responsibilities
- Ensure that service providers comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
- Implement preventive measures related to safety, hygiene, and occupational health.
- Develop, approve, and execute prevention plans.
- Assist the security manager in daily operations.
- Ensure adherence to the internal regulations of the shopping center.
- Conduct daily inspections of facilities and buildings.
- Ensure a flawless customer experience (cleanliness, health, comfort, restroom facilities, food court, etc.).
- Support tenants during various stages of their installation.
- Regularly communicate with tenants about interventions and changes.
- Collaborate with the center's management to implement customer reception and service strategies.
- Assist the marketing department in deploying marketing operations within the shopping center.
- Prepare site operation reports.
- Conduct pre-operational audits by identifying reservations and non-conformities.
- Implement and follow operational standards on the site.
- Manage complaints from internal and external customers.
- Participate in the development of the capital budget by proposing investment works.
- Ensure cost control (energy consumption, waste management, etc.).
- Draft service specifications and submit them to management for validation.
- Education: Bac+5 training in engineering school or a master's degree with a technical focus.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in facility management.
- Skills: Strong facility management skills and mastery of management tools. Excellent writing skills for summaries and reports. Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
