McDonald's is seeking Restaurant Managers for its establishments across Morocco. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall management of their profit center, covering administrative, operational, financial, commercial, security, and human resources aspects.
Job Responsibilities
Profit Center Management
- Manage and monitor restaurant operations using management and analysis tools.
- Implement the brand's strategic directions (e.g., table service, online orders).
- Anticipate risks (technical, financial, legal, etc.) and implement preventive measures.
- Regularly report to the management team.
- Analyze the restaurant's performance across all areas.
Customer Service:
Ensure the quality of service meets customer expectations.
Safety:
- Ensure food safety standards are met.
- Guarantee the safety of property and individuals.
Human Resources Management:
- Manage staff and promote skill development.
Required Profile
Education:
- A Bachelor's degree (Bac+3/5) in Management, Hospitality, Catering, or Commerce.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in catering, hospitality, or mass distribution.
- Proven experience in managing profit centers and team leadership.
Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
- A strong sense of customer service with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and supervise teams.
- Analytical thinking, creativity, and the ability to drive change.
- Teaching skills and employee development expertise.
- A professional appearance.
