Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the UM Bright Scholarship, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Age: Must not be older than 30 years at the time of application.
- Bachelor’s Degree: Must have a CGPA of >3.70 or an equivalent recognized qualification.
- Master’s Degree: Must have a research-based Master’s degree or equivalent with a minimum CGPA of 3.70/4.00.
English Proficiency:
- IELTS (Academic): Minimum score of 6.5
- TOEFL: Score range of 73-93
- CEFR: Level B2

- Proof of Publication (first page only)
- Copy of Identification Card
- Copies of Certificates and Academic Transcripts for Bachelor’s and Master’s levels
