- Gross Salary: €1,766.92 per month for 12 months
- Mushroom Harvesting: Harvest mushrooms of different sizes, ensuring careful handling to maintain their quality.
- Packaging: Carefully place mushrooms in packaging containers to ensure they remain intact and of high quality.
- Handling Technique: Learn and apply specialized techniques for handling mushrooms with care and professionalism.
- Productivity Goals: Achieve an average productivity of at least 25 kg per hour.
- Safety and Hygiene: Adhere to established safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Contract Conditions
- Working Hours: 151.67 hours per month, compensated at the SMIC hourly rate.
- Benefits: Performance bonuses, company-provided mutual insurance, and opportunities for additional work.
Work Schedule:
- Morning Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM
- Work includes one weekend every two weeks on average.
