Job Description
As the Senior Digital Transformation and Operational Technology (OT) Manager, you will oversee digital transformation initiatives and manage operational technology across several production sites. The role involves leading Centrale Danone’s “Digital Manufacturing Acceleration” (DMA) program to optimize industrial processes under the Industry 4.0 framework.
Responsibilities
- Digital Transformation and Project Management: Design and manage digital projects that enhance industrial processes by integrating cutting-edge technologies.
- Project Coordination and Resource Management: Lead cross-functional teams, allocate resources, monitor results, and adjust strategies to ensure project success.
- Team Training and Awareness: Train teams on Industry 4.0 tools, promoting a culture of innovation within the organization.
- Automation and Operational Technology: Work closely with engineering teams to develop and implement OT solutions, ensuring efficient automation across the sites.
- OT Cybersecurity: Oversee cybersecurity measures for OT systems, manage obsolescence risks, and engage in cybersecurity audits to maintain system integrity.
- Automation Project Oversight: Supervise automation projects from design to implementation, focusing on building robust automation architecture.
Required Profile
- Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Industrial Management, or equivalent.
- 5-6 years of experience in an industrial environment (food/agriculture or automotive) with proven success in digital transformation and project management.
- Strong skills in automation and OT management within an industrial setting.
