1. Compliance Officer – Standards, Ethics, and Professional Conduct
Responsibilities
- Ensure continuous monitoring of new regulatory requirements and assess their impact on the bank’s compliance procedures.
- Assist in integrating new regulatory controls within compliance plans in coordination with risk teams.
- Support various departments in adhering to current regulations.
- Verify compliance for contracts, products, services, and policies before launch.
- Update and promote the bank’s Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct, reinforcing its principles across departments.
- Prepare and submit required regulatory reports to authorities.
- Update internal standards and procedures based on legal and regulatory developments.
- Minimize non-compliance risks through accurate regulatory monitoring and control protocols.
- Provide guidance, training, and information on compliance matters to relevant teams.
Profile Requirements
- Education: Master’s degree (BAC+5) in Compliance or a related field.
- Experience: Strong experience in the banking sector, with a sound understanding of banking regulations.

2. Senior Quality Consultant
Responsibilities
- Quality Management System: Maintain and enhance the Quality Management System, ensuring adherence to ISO 9001 standards and overseeing quality process audits.
- Quality Audits: Conduct internal audits to ensure process compliance and prepare for external audits.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency in banking processes.
- Training and Awareness: Design and lead training sessions on quality standards, particularly ISO practices, to increase awareness among teams.
- Customer Satisfaction Monitoring: Assess customer feedback, suggest improvements, and work to minimize complaints.

Profile Requirements
- Education: Master’s degree (BAC+5) in Quality, Auditing, or equivalent from an Engineering or Business School.
