Responsibilities
Customer Reception and Service:
- Warmly welcome customers and ensure exceptional service within the branch.
- Respond to client requests accurately and reliably, understanding customer needs and guiding them to the appropriate internal contacts.
- Efficiently handle transactions such as withdrawals, deposits, currency exchanges, and account movements.
- Promote digital banking services, guiding customers on how to access and use these platforms.
Financial Management:
- Help reduce operational costs by managing a high volume of requests directly within the branch.
Proficiency in Tools:
- Utilize IT tools and internal systems accurately to access customer information and efficiently process banking transactions.
Team Collaboration:
- Actively participate in team dynamics and contribute to knowledge-sharing to enhance overall skills within the branch.
Required Profile
Education:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Bac+3) with a “Good” rating or higher.
Skills:
- Customer service excellence with strong communication skills.
- Basic banking operations knowledge to handle transactions confidently.
- Ability to work well in a team, sharing knowledge and assisting colleagues as needed.
